  5. Phewww so glad you said take the 5000 mg of biotin that is what I got. I started thinning about a year ago haven't had WLS yet so I wanted to kick start it before the surgery
  6. I would hope that exercise will be my new addiction, i have had so many in my past. And conquer them all. But food was my friend. But of all my addictions i think food harmed me the most.
  7. I know food is our addiction or we wouldnt be here. I have heard that when you have an addiction and then you fix that addiction you start another one. Because as humans we do that to lean on something self gratification. For you folks who have had the food addiction and have had surgery and no longer are addicted to food. Have you seen your self get another one like shopping, drinking, smoking. maybe even exercise?
  8. I am sure they get tiring eating the vitamins and they are so freaking huge. That's what got me. I haven't had my surgery yet. But they gave me the bit and cal to start taking and I got some biotin to start taking now
  9. Thank you for the kind words, need all the support I can get. Even if from strangers. Don't have much family and friends are scarce
  10. Jst finally decided to make the choice to have gastric bypass RNY . Only took me 3 yrs to decide. Found my doctor, insurance is going to pay for most of it. Have about 2 more appts and then surgery. Hope to get it done before end of the year. Very excited
