My first day as a post opper!!!! So excited...they took the catheter out and took the pain pump away...i wasnt using it anyway... Im not having alot of pain just sore and crampy about like period cramps...and started sipping water and next i will try diet snapple!!

Yay me!!!Good luck to all my fellow october 9thers!!!Our own "meet & greet" I'm thinking they dont have any of those up here..Right i wish tomorrow would come allready. I just wanna get the surgery over with...Im going like every other day...usually Im every day...My surgery is tomorrow morning at 8am...I am going to Ithaca...Are you going crazy today with emotions?Anybody else experience guilt about having surgery? I have lived my whole life trying to make others happy & not everybody is happy I'm having this surgery wether they say it out loud or not... Then i think what if? What if something bad happens? My kids would be without a mom... So i go through weak times and strong times...surgery is tomorrow!! I have to believe that all will go well and my life will be better because of it!! Ive been a big girl my entire life and its time to live my life for me!!! (And my kids)Thank you, that is what I'm doing...i dont want to lose her asa friend but i have to do what is best for me also...i go through bouts of guilt for doing this but gosh darn it my whole life ive tried to make others happy this is for me!!!Ive been on a two week diet of liquids and non starchy veggiesSo im having surgery tomorrow and am wondering if maybe i should go buy a laxative... I find it strange that Im having surgery on my stomach/intestines and they didnt give me anything to make sure i was "cleaned out"? Am i just being a worry wart or what?Thanks will do...my kids are my biggest reason...
