I have had my CPAP for a week now and wake up after 4-5 hrs and can't go back to sleep. Anyone else have that problem?

Lucky you, I get to drink 4-5 instant s/f Breakfast drinks with Water a day for two weeks. I was told I could take in 1 8oz serving of fat free milk a day. Lord give me patience and let my family still love me when I am through this..lol

Ok here how you can get the form... Go to the Obesity alliance coalition and then go to the recovery program and print and give to your surgeon to sign off on and fax in. Thank you again for this wonderful resource for us!!! You are awesome.

I agree with Worm hang in there. That is going to be a challenge everyday you go to work but it will get easier every time you resist

My surgeon told me basically the same thing about Sleeve vs Bypass. The complications were about the same and would have better results with RNY.

Awesome job! You sound like your all ready to go. I meet with the surgeon today for last time...yeah. Then 2 weeks of Instant Sugar Free Breakfast for two weeks....ughhh (that wasn't in the brochure..lol).
