Welcome to our Dec group...I am sorry that it got postponed. I too was dealt devastating blow just today being told my sleep study was bad and I have to go on CPAP machine...I am just devastated. I will add you..keep us posted and keep working on those sugars!

I have been telling myself (much to my nutritionist dismay) there is nothing off limits the 2 weeks before liquid diet. If I crave it...I eat it. Now with that said, I have shrunk my stomach so much over the last 7 months working with this nutritionist that I can't even eat all of it...catch 22...I still do 2 Protein shakes a day just to prep me and I won't have a culture shock. My weight has gone up 2 pounds and that in itself distresses me. Wow..sorry I guess I am a little frustrated on this subject...lol. More of an answer than you probably wanted. What about you?

I am 5' 2"...but have a 6'0" husband...yeah
