I hate them carnation Protein Shakes does anyone know of another kind of shake i can make with Protein that is better tastefully

My surgery was also 27 and I was down 14 lbs. but just like always with me' date=' I've managed to gain most of that back. I don't get it, everyone kept telling me the weight was going to just "fall off". Ok...well I'd like to know when. I'm so frustrated and very annoyed at myself. I'm still having pain so still on pain meds and can't yet excersize. But I honestly don't understand how somebody can eat so little and not loose or even gain weight. I saw my surgeon on Thursday of last week and he didn't seem concerned, just said that some people loose in different ways, that I should be patient and just get through the recovery phase. This just all seems so wrong to me, I'm so dissapointed and wish I never put my body through all this. Sorry, just venting.

Dont get discouraged everyone is different and i went through the same i came to find out that it was just gas and swelling from surgery recovery takes time and patients believe me before u know it your gonna notice drastic change

I think its fine if u do it a few weeks before i got mine anout 2 weeks before my surgery and i was fine

Before i was always fustrated because stores never had clothes that realy fit me and my age group but now it the opposite lol i sometimes by clithes too big and gotto return them i shop in the jr section now also i love it

Fantastic everyone keep it up any pounds off is a sucess so dont give up keep doing your thing

My surgery is scheduled for Oct 15th at 6:30am. My nerves sometimes gets the best of me! Anyone else feel super anxious??

Thats normal just keep the positive outlook of it in mind all times the day is near ur mind is gonna be playing games with u even ur emotions but after your going to wish you did it so much sooner im a year and 5 mnth out and if theirs any regrets its the fact i didnt do it sooner but theirs a time for everything your gonna suceed pray for the best
