I feel that way. I am a week out and told my husband. I do not feel a lot different,maybe they just put holes in me and did nothing. I thought I was the only one!

I also have surgery on Jan 22. Have to be there at 7:00 surgery is at 9:00. Prayers going out to all my surgery buddies tomorrow.

Yes I'm on day 12 of opifast.. I have the same effect. I see it as we are getting cleaned out before surgery day.

Im on day 4 of my diet so far I've heard people talk about a bowl prep I dont think I have to do one. Is everyone doing one?
