Is anyone else 6-7 weeks post op? What are you able to eat? Are you able to get all of your Water in? How much have you lost? What surgery did you have?I had Roux en y Sep. 10th and have lost 46lbs. I'm fine with creamy food but moist soft Proteins are not so easy. I chew and chew and then I'll accidentally eat too much and vomit. Getting in all of my Water is difficult as well when I'm sooooo busy at work.
Anyone else with these problems? I'm thinking of using a crockpot today to make my chicken as moist as possible. =)
Hi there
I had my op on Sept 7th. I had the gastric bypass(roux en y). I have only lost 13kg, am feeling a little frustrated because I am standing still for a while now!!
I do get about 1,5 liters of water minimum......so not bad I suppose. Can only stomach ice water....so I freeze my water till little pieces of ice in it!
I am pretty good at eating most proteins.....eggs make me a little sick, and struggle a little with not so moist chicken. But otherwise i dont have much problems!!
