I'm only 5 weeks out tomorrow but I have been craving pizza so bad. So I made it this evening. I used whole grain tortillas 6 inch, Tomato sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni. It was great, healthy and no dumping. My daughter loved it as well.

I was so shocked that my surgeon doesn't require a liquid diet prior to surgery. As long as I keep the 15 lbs required off the day of surgery.Mine didn't require it neither.

Yeah I was told the same thing that yogurt passes thru your pouch so eat it slowly especially for Protein sake. I have been eating 6 Oz Greek yogurts since my surgery and today I actually couldn't finish it. I felt full. So the nerve thing is true. I'll be 5 weeks post op on Monday.

When I was on my South Beach diet years ago I used to have frozen whip cream in place of ice cream due to 1 gram of sugar per 2 tbs. Has anyone tried this? I have been craving ice cream and need an alternative.

I had the Endometrial Ablasion done in January of this year. It is not like having a mini hystorectomy at all. You still have all your parts and they should still function the same minus the heavy bleeding that for most never stopped . After my ablasion' date=' my period stopped. It is possible to still have a baby, but it is dangerous. They did not burn the ends of my tubes at all. I suggest Googling it because there are videos that show you exactly whats happens! Good luck!!!!! )[/quote']That is why I got the essure along with it.

If you think it's gas pick up some gas x stripes. Gall stones I believe the pain would be on the right side. It's probably gas or you need a bm.
