  1. I wanted the novasure but after meeting with the doctor. He gave me a long reason why I shouldn't have it & wanted to put me on birth control depo to make me fat I guess. I better get a second opinion. Yes done with kids tubes tight & tired of period.

Mami I feel you on that. I didn't even know about novasure or essure until my gyn told me about it. He suggested it due to he has alot of patients that has had rny and have feminine problems later.

  2. Well I had the Essure and novacare ablation today. Little cramping, but the good thing is I was under general anesthesia so I felt nothing during the procedure.

Yes I do believe exercise is the key. I had showed down on the 30 min walk a day. I did zumba twice this week and as of today 4 Weeks post op i'm 262.6. My sw was 285, so it's dropping.

  7. Shona you are doing great. Your body is just trying to adjust to all of this. You may notice loses in other ways besides just the scales' date=' your clothes could be a little looser, you might have more energy, something that hurt before might not feel so bad now. Lots of ways to measure our success besides just the scales. Be kind to yourself. Follow your protocol and the weight will come off. Hugs to you.[/quote']

Hugs back. Come to think of it I haven't had any knee pain lately. Thank you!
