I just had the surgery but I will give you more info once I start seeing what was paid and what had to be written off. I.know I'm responsible for 2300 for out of pocket.

I get to leave today. I still haven't passed gas. I need pain meds after I walk. I have been able to hold everything down so far. I get to go home with a drain. It will be taken out on Tuesday when I follow up.

My surgeon told me that I have more pain on the left because that is where the stapler went in. I don't know if tht is true for everyone but that's what he told me. I just got home today. Been walking a lot. Sipping ok but I forget so ill have to get better at that!! I'm glad everyone seems to be doing ok!My surgeon said the pain on the left is because that is the side he did the most work from.
