I can't believe the changes and how confident I feel. The top left is last week. The top right is two weeks ago and the bottom is when I started this journey to 3 months after surgery.

It's been 5 months since I have had my essure and ablation. Recovery time was one day, light bleeding. Was at the gym the next day. No problems so far.

So I missed a few weight post. But as of 5/9/2013 I am happy to report that' date=' I am 176. My goal is 150 for my 5yr anniversary, in August.[/quote']

My goal is 164 but my surgeon said 170-175.

I had my 6 month appt with my surgeon today. All my lab work turned great. He did tell me to start taking Vitamin D though. 86 Lbs lost!

Starting to lose again! Great!

No weight loss this week. I up my Protein but didn't work out. Still 217.

It seems to be I have stoped off at dasha as well love the workout Program they offer

I got a membership at premier. The hours are more convenient.

The one in my area also has them as tacos with lettuce Tomato and southwest sauce. Could eat it open faced when I get there. I am only 5 days out.

Yeah open face is good. You will be able to have them in no time. Welcome to the losers side.

Yes I would definitely do it again. I have not had any problems and although the weight loss is slow I know it would be slower if I did not have this tool.

Wow congratulations! We are 4 days apart, same sw and same height. What have you been doing? I'm 18lbs from wonderland.

Yes at my 3 month post op. I take 50, 000 iu pill once a month.

Thank you. I get 100 oz fluids' date=' around 900~1000 calories, Protein around 70 grams. I ride an exercise bike 30 minutes in the am and walk 5k(3.2 miles) in the afternoon.

Hey guys I'm down 105 pounds so far my surgery was on October 30th I feel amazing was in a size 20 and I'm down to between 11-13 right now I have been at a stand still for a couple weeks so I am upping my Protein and started hitting the gym again but I'm looking for some Good Snacks I do beef Jersey and special k Protein Bars and also I love special k protein cereal

Yes everyone is doing great! I'm 75lbs down and seem to be in sync with everyone else. I love it.

I'm doing great. Weight loss has slowed down but as long as I'm losing I'm happy.

Omg you are doing great! What have you been doing?

Doing great! Haven't had any real problems! Down 75lbs. Getting anxious to get outside!! I've had enough of this snow.

Same here with this snow and cold weather. I'm down 75lbs too! Sounds like we are on track.

Mine said no coffee but if you have to Decaf. Think of it like this your getting your fluids in too.
