Has or is anyone experiencing this? I have skin peeling around my belly button and the crease between my abdomen and pelvis. If you are or have what are you doing to treat it.

Sorry I did have it today for lunch, but low carb style. It was wrapped in lettuce and tomato. It was delicious. Charbroiled is pretty healthy. -

It's normal. I stalled at 3 weeks and I have read a lot of people have stalled around the same time. No worries.

Someone recommended eas premixed shakes I tried them last week and it worked. I wasn't able to tolerate the whey protein. Eas is lactose free and a mixture of soy and whey. I drink soy and almond milk when I need it. Oh and Greek yogurt is great!

I had the jp drain in until my one week appointment. It didn't bother me. Now removing it was a different story. Felt like a tug of war going on when they were pulling it out.

I can definitely see a change in your pics. I couldn't see a change until I took my 3 month pic and even then I studied it for awhile, lol.
