it's no problem. it was just not me that worked on this. shawna and kaninag helped out to. they had the idea about it and came up with the place. i would love to have one of this once a year. that way we all can help each other otu and all the new peopl that comes to join are family here. and its nice to see freinds like this.

got mine and fine as far as i know. but my brother had is took out.

i ahd a little gas up to about a month afterwards. but nothing now. well nothing more then i did before surgery.

well kaninag you know im in. i did good on the last one. i at my goal before the time is up. im going to set my goal at 289. thats 25 pounds for me. its an high goal but i need this bad. start weight 314 goal weight 289 weight need to lose 25 pounds

the walking to me wsa the best thing you can do for the gas. and you are correct the staff that you see helps out so much. i would say they arer some of the best around.

you are correct im am very proud of you. everyone is different with pain. so i dont expect everyone to do what i did and walk walmart the day after. matter of fact i hope no one does that. but keep up the good work. im very proud. has everything gone ok with you? any question feel free to ask, no matter what it is we have heard them all. :sad::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

the one in bham has one for men. but thats just to much driving for me for one hour a day. i emailed veronica, so hopefully see will get back to me soon. it would be nice to have a banders work out day once a week or something in that order.

i will email veronica and see what she thinks about it. i think its an good idea.

ok the alabama meet and greet is now set in stone. details is as listed below. place - springvalley beach food there. and you are allow to bring food in the park if you would like to. they do have Lifeguards on duty. they are located 2 miles north of Blountsville off of Hwy 231 on County Road 55. you can map Quest it if you need be, if you have never been there like me. and remeber.... No alcohol is permitted. debbut, im glad you are doing good. keep up the work. just dont over do it until you feel like it. and the gas will go away soon. wlaking is the best for it. and you are right try to drink as much as you can.

im so sorry to hear about your uncle. i also had on epass way about 2 weeks ago. he had cancer and went very quick. but i will keep you and your family in my prays. and congrats on the 40 pounds. and keep up the good work! shawna, i have had a ok day. just real sleepy. i been on call for the last week and im on call again this month. and i will be on call the whole month of june. then i will be ready for that vacation in july from all this on call work. and plus we got a.d.e.m. is coming next week so we are making sure everything is in order for them. we have just installed a 2,000,000 dollar filter system that they have to ok before we can run it.

yes please let me know. i will not say anything to anyone. im going to lose about 70 more pounds and start lookng myself. but i would love to hear from anyone else to. well im excited for you! and trust me you are doing the right thing. its great. i don't ever remember feeling as good as i do now. and its been along time since i weight 314. and im hoping by july i will be down under 300. and i know you will do great at this. you will have to work at it. it doesn't come free. just remember its a tool to help you lose and keep it off. but it dosent work unless you let it help you out. so that means you have to work for it. i will be happy to talk at anytime to help you out. so good luck and lets us know how it goes when you can. and please take your pain meds. dont be a hero!

yes i was married for 7 years before i was banded. and it has done nothing but made my marriage better since lossing this weight.:purplebananna: and trust me you will be fine. and like i said, if the guys you date dont understand why you did it then you dont need them and theres one after that one. so keep your head up adn have fun in your new live. and anytime you need someone to talk to feel free to pm me.

i have been thinking about seeing a therapist. just for the resaon of losing some much weight and never doing it before. and i still see myself at the heavy weight i was. has it helped you out? and what made you start seing one?
