i also have bcbs of alabama. but mines with the gov. so i guess its the same. but i was told by my lap-band doctor i to do a 7 month diet not the 6 months. so it might have went up.im going the 3rd for the 5th visit and can't wait until i get done with it. i started at 409 and now im at 384. my lap-band doctor wanted me to lose 20 pounds so im good for now. good luck.

well im going my 5th visit of 7. i hav e bcbs of alabama state. they want a 7 month diet program from a doctor. and plus i have to get a few other things done. so in feb. i will be visiting for my 7th time. and i hope it dosent take long after that. it has been a long 5 months so far but its going to be worth it in the long run.

congrats bamalama. i go the 7-30 to see dr. miles. i will de so glad to get this done. i have to go for the six month program fro bcbs to cover it. but it will be worth it to me. im going back to the support group july 21. my wife is wanting to go and sit in on it all so.
