  8. Honestly, get used to it .somedays I can eat more but generally the meals remain tiny at 6 months
  9. After surgery food does not taste the same. I used to love cheeseburgers. Now I hate,bread. Beef is too heavy. Mynew favorite food is an orange. I eat an orange every day and am in love with them.

  11. Very good advice! I would like to add that you are not a failure if you cant get in x amount of protein or water in a day. Just try to reach the goal every day and you will be healthy even if you cant reach it. Oh and take your vitamins or you will feel ill. Prepare to wish you were on the funny farm because this is very very hard mentally. The people that you dont want to notice your loss will gush about it. The people you are dying to have notice you will only talk about your loss behind your back. Pat yourself on the back so noone else has to. Be kind to your melting body. It can look out of proportion for awhile.

  16. I could not sit in a beach chair without it crashing backward putting me axe end over teakettle,! I flipped over 3 x last year!
  17. That is super great! I am celebrating too with the purchase of a strapless dress. Never in my life have I worn one. Im quite chesty, but it fits and looks cute. I think I am wearing it for easter. I am now in the 140s weight wise at 6 months out and weigh less than my license .... Yippee
  18. I have not done protein shakes since month two. I eat protein. I do alot of yogurt, beans, cheese
  19. I love refried beans and cheese or taco insides. Delicious and never gets old.
  20. Im not sure. I have lost 76 lbs and.moved from an 18 to 5
  21. I can eat fruit no problem I enjoy it often. I dump on high carb items sometimes. I just try to keep my portions really small and healthy. I do have chocolate every now and again. Pb mms made me dump big time.
