I had it 3 times too after surgery. Disgusting! But i got told it was just all the left over blood and stuff from the surgery and it was normal ... Scary but normal. The backache could just come from being in bed/ lying down more Feel good!

goddessblaze! Im so glad to hear you are home!! I bet it felt SO good to sleep in your own bed! I wish you a relaxing but speedy recovery!

Im so glad to hear that u are out of hospital and well again. 18 lbs sounds great to me! Hope you get to relax and enjoy being at home.

Here in Israel we are just to celebrate Jewish New year.... The table is full of fruit and dates and fish and vegetables ... And the smell of meat lamb and fish are floating out of the kitchen..... Theres going to be a small group tonight ... Only around 20!!! And im trying to work ou how to get through This long long evening when all i can eat is puree stuff .... And dodge the questions by everyone of why im not eating It will not be fun But happy new year to anyone else who celebrating ...

Im ok - a week out already!!! I think i might be doing a bit much but im trying to slow down. I started the runny puree stage yesterday and today im hungry!! Not sure if its a mind game or not but eating slowly and enjoying taste of food again. Your family must have been scared at such along op. mine was thank g-d done in about 3 including removiing my galll bladder. I was a zombie for 24 hours after. !!! Hope u make a quick recovery

Wow seven hours is a looooooong time. Glad its over for you, just take it very easy!

About the roaches .... They are nearly impossible to kill by cleaning alone and i belive that it has nothing to do with keeping a clean house. We moved in to a brand new housethat we built. Everything was brand new. After a week i saw a roach!!! They live in the sewage and just pop out off any hole thats not been sprayed. Tell your husband that he needs to deal wirh calling a exterinator.!! The rest of his rant sadly sounds like he is just scared of the changes that are happening to u, and doesnt know how to handle it. Imagine how we would feel if our chubby hub suddenly over a very short period of time changed in to this fit, confident, more attrractive and thin person. I think i would feel very unsecure of everything too. Just him time, love and reasurance that u are still u!!

Sorry to be descriptive but im talking about the gungky black/red stufff (i wont even mention the smell!!) which i imagine is left over blood from the op. it was such a shock... At first i was worried but logic set in.....
