Pre op 234 Day of surgery 215 Today 186 It has been a very slow last week and a half I was stalled and I finally just lost another pound. -

When was your surgery. Mine was 08-01-12 and I have been at a stahl for over a week :-(

I am 7 weeks out my dr said to expect about 15 pounds a month. I have only lost 6 pounds this month and have been at a stahl for almost 2 weeks. It happens does not mean that you aren't losing inches ect... Just keep up the good work. And REMEBER this is not a mirical worker it is a tool to help us. Good luck!

I believe everything is done in Gods timeing and will be well worth waiting for. Although I know the waiting game can be stressful. Good luck hope you get your date soon:-)

last Tuesday I weighed in at 187 this week I weighed in at 189 what the hey..... I know I was told there would be stalls but I didn't realize there would be gains and so soon after surgery I will be 7 weeks post op on Friday:-( feeling a little discouraged pls pray for me.

If your doctor hasn't already given you a script for meds after surgery ask them for it now do you can have it before surgery and be ready :-)

I had my surgery 08-01-12 I will be 7 weeks post op tomorrow. Best choice I ever made. You will have you will have your ups and downs but it is so worth it. It is kind of unbelievable to watch yourself start to transform. I wish the beat for you.

I could probably handle it of that was the reason but it's not :-( I do feel like I am retaining water. I getting plenty of protein it's my water intake I still have a hard time with :-(

I Am from Vancouver Washington. I had my surgery just across the bridge in Portland Oregon and I am wonder if anybody else who had or is having surgery lives in my area???

Start weight 234 Pre op 215 08-01-12 Today's weight 188 I only lost two pounds this week. I'm not sure I am getting enough in this week. Had to eat when your just not hungry lol who thought that would ever be a problem. I am trying to get my protein though. Before Yesterday I still have a long way to go but feeling good. -

I am 6 weeks post op. it was such a mind game for me letting go of food. It was like breaking up with something you love the most. But let me tell you after 6 weeks I am feeling great the cravings are very little and and getting less as time goes by. I am feeling great. I wish you the best of lunch with your journey I think you will do a great job. -

I finally dropped below my hubby two weeks ago. Now he wants to loose weight he is down 5 pounds since last week he is at 199 and I am at 190 if he catches up to me I might have to smack him hehehehe....
