Do you know if the sell them at GNC?

Me too! It's the worst at home! I just try to find an alternative to what they are eating. And my cravings were super bad the first few weeks now they have gone away for the most part! Like when my family is stuffing their face with spaghetti (literally stuffing their faces) I just use my spaghetti squash instead of noodles!

Oh and for a "treat" people from this app turned my to quest protine bars! They have some amazing flavors!

Have you tried making pizza on a whole wheat tortilla? I use missions brand whole wheat with a little pizza sauce, part skin mozzarella cheese, and I put turkey pepperoni on top along with mushrooms! It's pretty yummy, gets you protine, and is much lower calorie wise then store or restaurant pizza! I just toast mine in the toaster oven for 12 minutes or so! And one little slice is enough to fill you up! As far as chips I use special k cracker chips. Or Walmart sells snapea crisps which are delicious, crispy, and a veggie! Les then a gram of sugar and no trans fats.. They are a great alternative!

Same happened to me and it was because I was dehydrated so the best thing you can do is call ur doc and go to the er!

Me highest weight was 330. I had surgery on the 23rd of July. And i was 287. Now 2 months post and down to 240! I can't see a difference when I look at myself other than I have a neck now! Lol but when I see pictures I can see the little differences. Can't wait to keep losing!

You can do it! Just stay strong and ask your family to be supportive and you'll get through it. It was hard a first but once I got in the rhythm it was a lot easier. I live in hopkins which is a sub of Minneapolis. It's about a half hour from the hospital itself. I'll check my Facebook once I get off work!

I'm glad I found you too! That sucks about the psych thing though but i had the same problem only woth the nutritionist. On my last visit i hadnt lost weight so they made me do another month. I was pissed lol but i stuck to the diet and i lost weight and then everything went better from there. I did a lot of "shopping" around before I choose unity. I think they have a great program with staff, nurses, and doctors who all really care! A friend of mine choose a different place And they scooted her through everything in 2 weeks! I mean everything, even the nutritionist. She didn't learn anything about what she should be doing for herself after surgery, and now is already regaining after a year!! Can't say it's completely their fault since she should have common sense to know some things, but I didn't like that they just rush you through with no care. If you have Facebook you can add me! So for the dress in asking 10 just because I never wore it and it's a 60 dollar dress. Otherwise I'm thinking a dollar a top, 2 dollars per bottom, and cover the shipping and it's totally yours!

Before surgery I was always a shopaholic! So naturally I have a ton of clothing that I'm getting rid of, some I never wore or wore once. If you need anything the majority sizes are 22,24 or 2x, 3x. I even have a short dress I bought for a wedding that is so cute but never wore it because I lost weight before I could lol. I can send pics of anything upon request! I have shirts, jeans, some skirts, long sleeve shirts, button up shirts, sweaters. And if I didn't name something just ask and I probably have it lol.

I don't know of I'm just sore or what but I have this pain on my left side. I'm 7 weeks post op so I wouldn't think it's still my muscle soreness but who knows. It comes and goes... When I wake up in the morning it's not there, then I go to work and about a half hour or so it comes back. It's not so bad that I can't stand it but it's uncomfortable especially working all day anyone else have this? If it doesn't go away on a few days I'm definitely calling my doctor!
