    Today I jumped on the scale and I'm down to 209! 4 months ago I was 287, and my highest was 330. It's hard because some days I don't see the difference but I would never change a thing! Through the ups and downs I am so happy with my decision to have this surgery!

    2 fluid oz 3 times a day. Sometimes I feel like I can eat more than that and sometimes I don't even eat that. I have the same issue! Some days I feel like I am just as fat as I was before surgery and others I feel a little smaller. It just takes time and it's great to have people supporting you and telling you how good you look!

    You look great in your profile picture!! I eat 1/4 cup of food 3 times a day. I try not to snack Or eat more than that! I don't see a difference either unless I look At pictures. A lot of people have told me to just keep looking at pictures and it helps you see the change!

    Like 2 months put of surgery they finally went away! It sucked lol. They did a scope and a ct scan. They didn't see anything at the time!

    I had tests done and they couldnt find anything but I'm happy to tell you it gets better! I never have that pain anymore!! And my bms are finally back to normal. I think it took a month or so but It does get better!!
