Down 150 lbs!

i was at unity as well. there were times i couldnt make it to an appointment and as long as you cancel there shouldnt be an issue. I dont know as far as just not showing up, but im sure if you call and reschedule if they do say anything just explain your situation on why you missed at it shouldnt be a issue! i had nurse janet and dr. johnson but i did meet dr. july once and she was super nice! i had to lose 24 lbs for surgery but i ended up losing about 40. it was so hard at first, but you just gotta stick as much as you can to the meal plan the nutritionist gives you. and for excersie even if you can walk for 10 minutes 3 times a day would help! hang in there and you can do it!!

I hope you do too! I was stuck at 202 for 2 weeks and then yesterday I was 201.8 and today onederland! I actually ate a little more yesterday than normal (more meat for protein) and it helped I guess!

It's sad how shallow people can be! I have had that happen too. A guy who completly blew me off (well pretty nuch acted like i disnt exist) before saw me last Saturday and oh was he ever trying to talk to me and get my number! The good thing about situations like that is you can return them the favor and blow them off!

Oh and I have gotten messages from people on Facebook who see me out at the bar or dance club I go to every weekend and are so sweet and say I inspire them! Those people are usually overweight so I usually tell them if they ask!

I kept it a secret from most people. I finally told my mom once I was pretty close to approval, I told my brother, my best friends, and some family members that in close with. I never and still haven't told anyone at work, some friends, extended family, or people I meet now. I feel like I kept it a secrete because I to got a lot of negative feedback. Mostly from my mom. It was enough to make me consider who I tell. Another reason: I personally just felt that it's. One of their buisness! Lol. I mean I'm had this surgery as a tool to help. It's still totally up to me to stick to it and make good choices. Otherwise the weight won't come off and will come Back on! So I just tell people I exercise and I eat completly differently. Which are both true statements!

I think mine says about 97 pounds.. I want to lose more than that!!

Is it from your highest weight or you dos weight?

I think the worst comment I've heard is is eitherare, " you dying? You must be dying to lose all that weight.." or one of my good guy friends told me, "you'll never really be skinny anyway... The surgery is going to do horrible things to your skin and it's all going to sag. I'd rather have you stay fat and not have sagging skin!" I was like hmm I thought you were my best friend!

My doc said 7 months!

While I was out I stopped at Aeropostale. Usually I just get my god kids clothing from there since nothing has ever fit me there! Today since everything was 60% off I decided to try some things on. I ended up getting pants and 2 shirts for myself! I can fit into an XL now at Aeropostale! The small things that make can make our days!

My schedule gets crazy sometimes and I don't get a chance to eat.. I know it's bad but I make sure to at least get water in! Anywho if I don't eat I get really bad pain on my sides! It seriously hurts and makes me want to just lay down with a heat wrap. The minute I eat it goes away and I'm fine! I think this is so weird and just wanted to see if anyone else has the same issue! I'm going to my 3 month check up in 2 weeks so I'm going to ask them why that happens because I don't ever feel hungry I just get sever pain when my body needs something.. It kind of sucks! Even when I go to have a bm I don't get a normal sign I just get intense cramping in my lower stomach and I now know that means I need to go... It's so strange!
