Thank you my friends !! I'm doing that walking and sipping !!I'm on the losers bench now !! Surgery went well no complications thank you god !All systems go ! Surgeon was in already waiting for anaesthesia to come and start my iv!Nurse just called !! I'm ready I think my wife is more nervous than I am.I'm right with you my surgery is also tommorow !Thanks my3stars ! I feel like my brain is going to need a vacation after this, it's so much to learn and process ! I'm looking forward to a new me .I have a high bmi also but everyone at my support group meetings had to take them also .My surgeon requires it go figure !Does everyone take the injections for seven days twice a day after surgery ? Or am I the lucky one !! My surgery is sept 18Good luck congrats !!M a long way off from a regular diet still being pre op but I was wandering can hot peppers or spicy food be tolerated after your released to a normal diet ?It's alot of visits to different folks ! Every one has been great so far ! Best of luckI found some high protein bars 30 grms at gnc they are fight at the max calories that's my lunchI was approved after 3 days and I actually waited a month to lose more weight . I had two consults with my surgeon and then his coordinator set my dateI'm averaging around 65 to 70
