Today I ate two carne asada tacos and they were big! I only ate one tortilla on one of them (they come wrapped in two) and I ate the meat out of the other. I literally felt like I was going to burst! I was in so much pain afterwards I honestly thought about making myself throw up.I hope I haven't done any permanent stretching to my pouch.
I love carne asada tacos and that's my weakness I confense I'm addicted to food and now I'm afraid to start on that sickle because I don't want stretch my pouch :-(

This threat really got my blood pumping, first I'm a US citizen but also have Mexican heritage I don't get food stamps but what gets me is when I go to a store and the people in front of me ( not Hispanic most ot the time!!!) They have their hair done, nails, gold every were, and a brand new SUV and they end up paying with food stamps and when they are told that they need to take a drug test they complain. We need a drug test in order to get a job and not food stamps!! In my case I have make sure I manage my money because I don't get anything for free. Sorry but I had to vent

Well mami I for depress after losing my job and moving 1000 miles away from my family and also from gaining weight and that brought me in a cycle of eating to feel happy and then getting in a vicious cycle and then to top it of I was always tired didn't wanted to go out and felt like Icould sleep day and night :'(. I was told to start taking some thing for depression after my NUT test for RNY. I tried natural things but in order to qualify for surgery I had to start taking them. The ones that my doctor recommended help my to get going and now I actually feel excited about life

I started taking SERTRALINE 2 months before surgery and my doctor told me to keep taking them after surgery. I had my surgery 5 weeks ago and they are have helped me from those blues and down days. I cut it half and take sips of Water.< /p>
