Hi everyone, I'm 3 days post op and since I've been hope I can feel my heart beating by just sitting there. My resting heart rate is consistently above 90. Compared to my wife's which is at 42. Just wondering if I need to be concerned.

Its ok to put fruit in the bariatric advantage? if so how much? I'm 3 days post-op and already tired of these shakes.

My surgery is tomorrow also and finished off the magnesium citrate. i've had to make a mad dash for the throne 5 times in the last hour. anyone have an idea of how long this is supposed to last?

Surgery in the AM. On liquid diet day before. Driving around seeing all these restaurants are ticking me off! Now I'm just drinking chicken broth.

New guy here! 34 yrs old, married, 2 yr old daughter. Type 2 diabetic, high BP, high cholesterol, high everything. My surgery date is next Tuesday and I'm currently sitting at my preop appointment. My wife is getting the band so we will be doing this together.

HI everyone this is my first post. My surgery date is set for 7/17. I've been reading the posts and I see a lot of people are on pre-op diets. I have not been put on one and was just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation. I just find it weird that I haven't been put on one.
