  1. Really can't believe my surgery is on the 15! The day after my boyfriends BDay omg! I'm excited, nervous, anxious, and a whole bunch of other words I don't feel like typing lol I waited 2 freaking years for this and I think I'm more nervous about being "too skinny" than the actual surgery. I've been this size for as long as I can remember and for me to loose so much weight is kinda like loosing my identity everyone know me as "big & sexy" or "the cute chunky girl" I feel like I'm finally starting to "embrace the fatness" lol to just loose it all. I keep tryna imagine myself thin and it's kinda hard for me to grasp! Me? "Thin"? idk if I'd be able to handle all the new attention I'll be getting when I get to my goal weight. One of my biggest fears is loosing my breast and my Butt lol (yea I know) most people want to get rid of the booty I WANNA KEEP IT ! Lol I just wanna shape it better that's all. I was online with my mom the other day looking at plus sized models and trying to pick sizes like I actually was going shopping or something lmao I found this girl and was just in awe ???? her figure is how I wanna be or better! Her size would fit me best I think I'm only but so tall so it might look a lil thicker on me than her. But what do u guys think? U like?

  2. I have the same problem! I carry ALOT of my weight in my belly and arms :( but u have a cute shape so when u do loose the weight it will be in all the right places! I'm having my surgery on the 15th of this month and I can't wait to see what I look like lol! I'm 21 an ill be 22 in dec so I have to be hot for my BDay! Haha good luck to u Hun :)


  3. I brought some PRE Opt supplies today at TARGET! (gotta love target) lol I also found these Portion Plates (2.99) that are SUPER CUTE!! Along with matching cups (.99) and bowls (.99) And I found some adorable lil hello kitty spoons and fork! I brought some "Vitamins for HER buy Nature made" idk if that's okay to have for after surgery hopefully it is but I got them anyway. Someone told me about liquid vitamins. But all I seen were prenatal and baby stuff like Enfamil..One of MY FAVE Protein Shakes is the "Bolthouse farms chocolate shake" so i picked up 3! They are delicious! but anywho how did I do guys for my first shopping trip ??? :) is there anything I'm missing that I should get?

    (Long Sigh) .....yea...The time is near you guys and the mandatory Buckling down begins. No more eating pizza and Hot wings or Cheesestakes or anything absolutely delicious range lol no more Cookies cakes and Pies. (sighs) No more chocolate (oh god ..*tears). I'm gonna miss eating all the delicious sin of goodness..I have to put a stop to it for good now!! I will admit to u guys I'm gonna miss the HELL out of it. But I'm doin this for the better and if I'm ever gonna make a change it's has to start NOW. I need to exorcise a lot more too. I really wish some of you guys lived here in Philly so we could work out together and it wouldn't be so lonely doin by myself ( ._.) But either way I have to get up and do this so lets hope I'm able to stick to this diet plan and everything goes smoothly! Wish me LUCK guys :)


  5. Did you have any symptoms with the gall stones? Or did they find them through the ultra sound?

    I'm hoping to get mine taken out when I have GB. I haven't had any issues other than alot of indigestion. Which is a symptom..

    Yes I did have symptoms but I was so used to the pain I thought it was just normal until he told me what they were and then I realized I HAVE THAT. (0.0) it put things in a new light for sure.


  6. The younger you are the more elasticity your skin has but if you have hundreds of lbs. to loose no matter how young you are your skin can only do so much. Keep hydrated and keep your skin in good condition' date=' exfoliate often and use a good moisturizer. There is no mericle cream out there so don't waste your money on that stuff, its just good common sense and proper diet will help.[/quote']

    I don't think I have 100 of ibs to loose lol but I will try to keep my skin in good condition though!


  7. I am post opp. 7 weeks. I promised myself I would wait 6 months before I try to bite a pizza and only after I've walk at least 3 miles. I'm trying to make sure if I eat anything like that I can handle burning it off. I'm not at the point yet' date=' so I don't think about it.

  8. I'm so nervous about having LOOSE SKIN! >_< Ew! People say I'm young and I don't have to worry etc etc! But I'm like that has nothing to do with anything loose skin can happen to anyone! I've been in this process for about 2/3 yrs kinda and I've been doin nothing but using creams to increase the elasticity in my skin because I already have stretch marks (sad face) at a young age and I don't wanna get any more or when I loose my weight I don't want my skin to be saggy so I've been drinking tons of Water and using the creams to hopefully prevent this from happening!!!! I cannot afford a Tummy Tuck or skin removal.


  9. Okay so today was my Great uncles Funeral and afterward they served the food. Now in my family and our culture it's kinda disrespectful to not eat. My only issue was it wasn't ANYTHING there that was remotely healthy and what I like to call "Bypass friendly" lol I'm still pre opt and was tempted/forced into eating the delicious Sin! I Ate really small portions and tried to eat slow as if I already had it. How can i maintain a healthy diet at family events or do I not eat even if I'm hungry? How can I still be around my family and not eat what they give me? I tried to be polite but my family won't take no for a answer! Lol does anyone have this problem or is it just my crazy family?

    I am so with you on living Carbs. I realize now that I didn't just love it' date=' but I'm addicted to it!! I'm having such a hard time with this surgery still at 7 weeks because I NEVER ate anything with Protein in it. I did not eat milk or meat and now this diet is based off getting Protein in your body which I'm failing with Hugh flying F flags!!!

  12. I'm not gonna lie to you guys I have yet to exersise lol smh it's SO FREAKING HARD to stay motivated when your by yourself most of the time. You would think because I'm not working I'd have all the time in the world (which I kinda do) to join a gym or exersise at home or something but I honestly would just love a actual workout buddy or somebody or anybody whose goin though this with me .. Everyone Needs support and I have friends but there all really skinny and then there just my grandma whose here with me but can't really do much..ugh! so yea :/ but anyway thanks for reading my post!!!! I hope I can find a new workout buddy here in Philly or just a new friend I can vent to from time to time!

    I absolutely LOVE bread, Carbs and anything with cheese I swear Ive never been a day without carbs at some point. Turkey and cheese Sandwhiches are mostly what I eat. I rarely cook and if I do it's mostly processed food :/ I have odd cravings around the time I'm due for my monthly..and it's like I can't and won't eat anything until I fulfill the craving!! I'm not gonna lie to you guys I have yet to exersise lol smh it's SO FREAKING HARD to stay motivated when your by yourself most of the time. But I've poured a diet soda in a glass' date=' stirred the heck out of it, then let it sit (hours), stirring it even more so it gets flat enough to have a couple of sips! I have also added diet sprite to my sugar free cranberry juice. I wanted that sip! It was a lot of work and didn't even taste all that great. I'll stick to my Mio's!!![/quote']

    I think sometimes we all have that urge to have the thing were used to but I think if u taste it get it out of you system eventually you will stop wanting it because you won't have the taste for it. Wish u all the luck hun :) just take it one day at a time.

    When you are on the liquid diet, it'sonly clear liquids.... Water, broth, popsicles (sugar free),

    Brocolli is a gass-y veggie, so I'd stay away from that for now as well...

    Hiiii!!! Omg Your profile pic is like really pretty! :) but yea anyway lol the clear liquid diet is just gonna be basically Water, Popsicles (sugar free) and broth for how long? Like a week right? And I thought someone said that sugar free pudding is okay too?
