On day 10 and have almost no urge feels good my senses r getting clear each day gets better and better

Ik that feeling he wont give up his junk food he can eat a whole box of ice cream bars in one day plus

Each day is better and better even with smokers around me its not fazing me which is a plus

I am now 3 days smoke free by quiting cold turkey and 5 days soda free lost 5 pounds already
