Hope she is ok. I went through this about 10 years ago and overdosed. Ended up having to drink a charcoal shake and when I couldn't keep that down, my stomach was pumped. 72 hours locked in the ward and since then I promised myself that I would never do something like that again. I "officially" quit the day of surgery 1/28/13 and had maybe 3 since then before I found out that I was pregnant. Since then I've had a few bad cravings for one but I realize that it's not worth it. I will start off by saying that everybody is different. To be honest, since I've been pregnant, I eat what I want when I want and am still losing weight. The only difference is that instead of 5 slices of pizza I can only eat maybe one (w/o the crust) or it takes me 3 hours to eat a sandwich (made with sandwich bread not a hoagie) I do know that I could have lost more by now if I make better choices but my OB and surgeon is ok with my weightloss so far.
