For some reason crystal lite hates me!!! I use to drink it before surgery now all I drink is water and mio the cherry one only. The only hot drink I like is sugar free cider with a teaspoon of sugar free Carmel.

I am 4 months post I don't dump but I am s regular bowl mover EVERY morning. If I have something I shouldn't I pay the next morning it's no fun at all do I watch everything and make sure it's worth the extra few mins in there (lol).
