Monday I will be submitting all my paperwork to insurance and could possible have my surgery in the next two weeks ! I'm super nervous but I know that if I don't get control over myself while I am young ... I will regret it when I'm much older ! I no longer want border diabetes , sleep apnea , bursitis , etc ! I want to be back to this and smaller ! Which was last year ... And it might not look like it but I am over 100 lbs in this picture ! I need you guys support more than ever

Starting weight : 248 Day of surgery 7.19.12 : 242 Current weight : 228 Happy happy happy though I don't see much difference !

Body fortress (chocolate) Protein powder with almond milk, Peanut Butter, and sugar free Hershey syrup ? I think it sounds pretty yummy (I love snickers) soo maybe this can be my substitute ?

Never been under a 13/14 !!! Hopefully an 8/9 ! But my lowest is definitely a 6 ... Loves my curves too much and would love to keep them ! But any size is fine as long as I am healthier !

This is my question as well ? Lol well I guess I will do squats and arm ups (push up... Yeah uh no) lol With us being ages 19-25 , we probably have alot more elasticity than others

Thank you ! It has just gotten too hard to continue to do what I love ! I won't be able to cheer until basically the last game this year and I'm in college so I have to do this for me ! We have done the hard part ! Now comes the work !
