Are you losing inches ? Have you dropped any sizes ? If so, your doing amazing ! Slow and steady wins the race . Also you are not as heavy as others who began their journey .

At least you guys can have protein .. Im only allowed clear liquids PERIOD (broth, sugar free Popsicles) ugh ... Thursday is my surgery !

Lol the kind that doesn't involve a crash at the end ! Real energy means I can wake up and feel refreshed and not have to pop a NOS lol ... It's bad for me anyways but with being in college , they come in really handy ! Idk what I'm going to do now lol .

Same with me ! I love the energy drink NOS and I had to give them up sad occasion but after all the weight is gone lol I might actually have REAL energy lol

I have a hernia that they discovered during my EGD . It's a pretty good size, however, they just said they're going to remove it say if surgery !

Finally got approved today !!! No pre-op diet ... No weight loss necessary ! Pre-op is next Wednesday and surgery is that Thursday !!! To God be the Glory !

Yes . I went April , May, and June . BUT IS HAS TO BE BY A PHYSICIAN... And I did a 3 month nutritionist visit and they still approved me in 1 day .

I'm so glad that there are so many supportive people on here ! I feel more prepared than ever , mentally, but I still need to get things for surgery . What are some already made Protein shakes that are quick and easy to find w/o having to order off line ? What about Vitamins ? B-12 ? Will liquid Centrum do the trick ? Ever tried protein Popsicles ?? Eww maybe ? Lol idkkkkk.... What about Medicine for monthly cycle ?? What are things I will need for the overnight stay? Sooo many questions
