I had my surgery 7/25 at 270 got up to 278 now I'm 257

I just dumped. My pouch is alive and well lol not happy. I had 1/2 cup ice cream and at first all was beautiful in the world then holy moly f@&$!n sh!t talk about icky feeling. Whow never ever EVER gonna eat I've cream again. Think of the worst stomach flu mixed with irritable symptoms mixed with can't puke but need to all into one. I had to lay on my side cover my eyes with pressure and rock for maybe 30 mins. Guess I spoke to soon pouch works and I'm a believer no more testing it.

This is day 5 and I have nooo energy. Bleeding is light dr said put a bandage. I'm getting my water and protein and vitamins in but all wanna do is sleep. Lord hear my prayer.

I am three days post op. in pain and bleeding from wounds. Help is this normal?

Can't wait and can't believe it's here less than 12 hrs now. Any words of advice?

OMG!!!! Dr told me today that he hit an artery!!! No one told me this yesterday !! He said in over 10.000 patients he never saw anyone bleed like I did. That would have been nice to know. Smh!!!

Well everyone is different I will evaluate how I am feeling and looking and that that be my guide I'm not fixated on any number. Just trying to do my best and forget the rest.

Hi guys!! I am joining now because I hav my date July 25 and I am ready to lose this weight. I am 270 and my doctor says I should be 120-130 pounds that a loss of 150 or 140 pounds. I can't wait to share my progress with you and see what happens.

I think Protein shakes are a biggie and then get ur Calcium, Vit D, foilic acid, Biotin, b12 and any other vitiaman that you have been told about and remember get them all liquid and the b12 should be sublingual or via injections. A sippy cup, baby spoons, even baby jars would be a good idea. Also I bought a girdle to help with loose skin. It really works and I know it will help after surgery.
