  1. There can be serious complications with all the surgeries. The bypass is my preference because the results are the best. And many people who had the band or sleeve end up converting to the bypass later on.

  4. My surgery is scheduled and when I started my process I checked to see what I needed to be approved. So now that I completed everything how do I know I'm approved?

  7. I can't believe how close my surgery date is 11/28...... I'm so excited its been many years to get to this point. I'll be beginning ny new life. I'm just so happy and a tiny nervous.
  8. Good info.... if your doing stuff right it will come off. And make sure ur eating the right things.
  9. Yes ask ur Dr. And nutritionist .. also a get life style change is the 17 day diet ... it not a real diet, just better choices. The book is like $12 a Walmart following the food for each day. I lost 15 pounds in 17 days.. also a light workout would help.
  10. I wish i did but use Google. They have reputable child care places listed. Also not sure if it would be cheaper to send her to the closest family or friend u have.
  11. It might be ur having to much calories and carbs, also do u workout? And the how much did u weigh when u had ur surgery? Also from what I'm seeing getting ur vitamins and protein in, Is a must.

    Well I start water aerobics tomorrow ... yah.... and then insanity next month ... I wanna workout as much a possible before surgery and of course after once I'm healed. Doing all I can to prevent loose skin... getting firm now.

  15. From what I read the smaller you are pre-op the slower you loose.

  18. May God be with all if you who have surgery coming and yes if you have kids see if you can get some help for a week.
  19. Definitely not a failure. But u gotta make more effort, not implying u don't now. And exercise. Only because it will help with your bones and loose skin.
  20. People need to realize that just because she might be a friend or whatever, doesn't matter. God places people in our lives for seasons, everyone is not supposed to be there forever.
  21. I gotta wait 6 months to. Hoping it flies by. BC I'm feeling impatient.
  22. I understand everything. I didn't realize how big I was till I couldn't fit on the roller coaster. It in the seat in my nephews school auditorium. I'm just happy by the end of the year this will change. Also next summer will be the beginning of my new life in 7 years. And also ill finally be able to get pregnant.
  23. It will all work out. Don't stress.
  24. With any invasive surgery you will be in pain. Just give it time to heal and walk as much as u can.
