Hello everyone
I am 9 months out 80 pound weight lost. Went from size 26/28 to 14/16. My goal is 175/180 but to have an average BMI it says 165. Need to lose 38 more pounds by July. Any tips for me? Thanks

Syntrax Nectar is the best. It doesn't smell bad and the flavors are Yummy. No need to add milk. 100 calories, 23 grams of Protein, zero darn. Try before buying the huge tub. Vitamin Shoppe have the samples for $1.99 or do a search on Google for "Syntrax nectar samples".

Wow. I'm seven months. I started at 298, now I'm 225. My weight lost is slower. The scale is not moving as fast but the inches are showing. Need to lose 30 more pounds. People say I'll be too skinny. But I don't see it that way. They haven't see me naked lol. My issue is my stomach. Everything else is fine. I'm happy.

I am 7 months post op. Went to my 6 months appointment. I was 298 day of surgery. Now, I'm 225. But I don't look 228 pounds. When I tell people I want to lose 70 more pounds they all think I'm crazy. I told the nurse that I thought that I should be loosing more. She said I'm doing great. The faster you loose is not so great because of extra skin.My highest 320 now 225 I can't complain. Size 26/28 sometimes 30 and now 14/16. I also notice when I exercise I loose faster. I recommend Biggest Loser DVD'S THE BEST. GOOD LUCK.

It's different for everyone. They went in twice. Second time to make sure everything was out. I couldn't walk for a few weeks. Had the runs. Good luck

We have so limited choices. I need a pair of jeans and I can't find any that fit right under 35-40 bucks. This sucks. I can't wait to tell them bye. :-)Old Navy clearance rack. Bought jeans and capris for $5.00 to $ 10. Or not on clearance $29 they go up to size 20. I bought size 18 a month ago, now its too big. Good luck.

I just had a Wendy's small chilli with cheese. I was able to eat the whole thing. So, I'm worried that my pouch is stretched because the pouch is the size of an egg, walnut or a thumb. How can I eat all of it with no issues?

Everything is well. Just saw my surgeon, he said its just my muscles stretching and doing too much. I guess all the lifting of boxes from one storage unit to the other cause the pain. I'm happy that its nothing serious. Thanks to all for caring. Hugs.

Hi
From the first week I was losing. Protein, Protein and a lot of Water. For protein, I was drinking two shakes 40-50 protein and 64 oz of Water a day. Also, I was doing Leslie Sansone DVD's. Good luck.
