What you should do is figure out what part of the day you are hungriest And eat a meat and vegetable meal If you can't do only liquid eat Protein Tuna, chicken breast, eggs etc. I couldn't do straight liquid either so I eat protein for lunch I lost 38 pounds before surgery Keep working at it that's all that matters God bless Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk
