  1. I can eat cottage cheese really good with peaches or apples (fresh). My husband bought me the brookstone cottage cheese with pinneapples and after 1 or 2 bites - instant dumping syndrome for about 3 hours! I have found organic gluten cheese puff that melts in your month that I can hold down but it isn't protein. Also try pickles - not the hard part on the back it works out great for me too. Homemade oatmeal - not the instant kind.

  3. Hey! I feel the exact same way. I'm amazed by the people who are able to eat or say the shakes are delicious. The thought of food makes me feel Sick. I feel the same way. - y did I do this???? I have not had a happy or regular day.

  6. I would play it by ear. My doctor gave me 2 weeks but when I went back, he said 3 weeks. I really low on the energy part after a month.

  9. Hi Mami, I'm sure you will have everyone hitting on you. I can't imagine what it will be like to not have big breast anymore. I'm so use to using them to get stuff!!! But they ate taxing on my back.
  10. Yeah sleeping is hard for me too. I have to take ambien. This was the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. It gets significantly better after the 2nd week. I also use a heating pad a lot.
  11. I did not have to do a Pre opp diet. As a matter of fact, I ate my favorite foods everyday up until the day before surgery when I had to do a liquid diet.
  12. This is great advise. I'm really struggling to eat everything just gross me out. I don't want to go back to eating carbs but crackers stay down.
  13. Finally something I can eat!!! I pull the hard skin off and it keeps me full for hours. I know it's not protein but it keeps me from starving.
  14. My doctor said not was ok to take ambien. I have no problem swilling them since they are oblong and not round.
