Well tried eggs for the first time this morning.

Got about four bites in and that was it.

Sat in my chest, I didnt have any pain just the feeling that these are not going down

I hate Vitamins and the after taste also. Before I use to throw up after working out and taking them. My dr said absolutely no to the dummies because of the malnutrition. :-(.

Today was my first day on the four I have to take. And all total it took around 3 hrs to take them Burping and the after taste was horrible.

I feel your pain!

Today was my first day back also, two weeks and one day after my surgery I only went in for 3 hrs and that kicked my ass.

Thankfully I have an understandable workplace and the pto built up to do half days here and there. Good luck!

My doctors has told me absolutely no rice or bread from here on out. So what are you having with your dishes?

In the past I have found cottage cheese very disgusting to eat alone. Do you mix that with anything or eat it plain? I can eat it in lasagna or Desserts but plain. Blah. I am hopin that my taste buds change for it and I can eat it later

I should start that next week. Wednesday I have another appointment.

My nutritionist said those will work. Are you using all the low-fat mayos and stuff?

You guys are a tough' date=' but loveable group of folks! Lol. I'm in the very early stages of working on a website that will hopefully someday be a blog focusing on bariatric surgery. I'm going to need some photos for the site and this is a good opportunity to try to scratch that off a rather lengthy to do list. If I'm going to put my ugly mug out there for the world to see, the least I can do is try to make it good enough that it doesn't scare small children! Thinking about trying to get some shots with my black lab as well. She's my best fur covered friend, the greatest walking partner I could ever hope for, and MUCH more photogenic than moi. I got the strawberry ones ( have not tried yet). The vanilla ones are not too bad I can not drink the whole thing.

I believe you need Protein to build muscle and you need healthy muscles to burn fat so Protein should equal weightloss.

Here is something that my nutritionist added in my sample packet of protein and Vitamins.... Tastes a lil gross but it's 25 grams of protein in less than 3 oz.

OMG are you able to get that down? I dipped my finger in and havnt been able to try again .
