I ate a little bit of chx n rice. But I googled the time it takes to digest and it said about 6 hrs.

My dr makes us do a 2 week liquid diet

I feel the same way!! I don't wear shorts, skirts or dresses bc im too insecure. How talk are you and how much do you weigh? I'm 5'10 and I weighed 297 when I started my process and now I'm 272 and my surgery is July 30th

My surgery is next Monday at 12:45!! I want to know what should I expect and what are some must haves that I should have for my recovery!!

My nutritionist wasnt covered pre op, it was $55 but post op, it is covered.

I love them better w/ unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 a banana and Splenda. I dont like it plain w/ unsweetened Soy milk. I've lost 21 lbs so far on Visalis. How do you make yours?

I want to try muscle milk but I don't want to bulk up lol. Will it make me bulk up?

Yes, I drink those. My nutrionist approved it. I Make it w/ unsweetened soy milk.
