I had a few cocktails for my birthday ,I was 3mths post. Vodka & Water with 2 limes squeezes lots of ice. It was refreshing . I sipped all evening no major buzz just mellow

I drink 1/2 caff coffee and lots of Water through out the day no problems I am 4mth post op

Has anyone had issues with their temper....I have such a short fuse and stupid stuff piss me off....I am not that type of person....but I get sick of hearing people bitch about the same stuff.....plus my kids not listening gets to me....I don't know what is wrong with me ....I am normally the happiest person ever....but I am not anymore....I don't know why....

Your hormones are out of control!! It takes a few months for you to get back in control or get some meds

I also suffered hormonal up issues,went to pcp. Ordered a scrip !! I'm all peachy now. My coworkers & family are much happier with me!

I got some meds for my hormones!! What a relief!!

I also experienced mood swings,drove my family & co workers crazy @ 8 weeks post op now . Hormones seem to be settling down. Thank goodness!! It was rough.

Some....my surgeon will be removing the excess skin around my middle next June. Tricare only covers that' date=' so I am working on my arms!

Tri care covers tummy tucks?? We are retired Af in Florida . We were also stationed on Lakenheath & mildenhall.

I make my coffee 1/2 caff , it's good !! I make site that I drink 60oz or more of Water a day
