Yeah, me too when I was asked about what my ideal weight was I didn't know what to say. I'm 270 now and the smallest I can remember in high school was 190 which was still big I would be happy at 220. I'm very tall 5 11" so Im the same hight as Michelle Obama I cant even see being as small as her. I wonder how much she weighs , anybody know? Speaking of being anxious, I spend so much time on here that It's Un real. I'm going to have to give myself some time restrictions for researching, bloging looking up and watching you tube videos of WLS, so I can get some other things done. Since I've gotten my date its just all that I can think about. I even find my self looking on line at clothing stores that I wouldn't even step foot in because I knew that the only things I could fin into in those stores were the ear rings lol. Now, I'm stalking there websites. lol I think for my hight my weight ideal weight might be 145-150, but that may be to small, but we shall see :-) I'm just going to enjoy the ride down Get Little Street.

Hopefully, your body is just deep cleansing its self. I go through this every 6 to 7 months. I'm pre op, but before I became a vegetarian my cycle would last for 7 days and I would have a very heavy flow. After I changed my diet and started taking in more nutrients my system did a total turn around and I started having lighter flows with no pain at all. I had them really bad to the point of being just about tied to the bed or the bathroom for three day in crazy pain and big chunks of clots passing non stop. Due the WLS and your new style of eating your systems may be going through that detoxing stage, and after it passes you will have that time of the month become easy breezy. Talk to your doctor, I'm sure that they have seen this time and time again. Best of luck to us all, cause I hate pain! lol

Sport drinks hmmm, ok...the sugar in them don't make you dump? I really like Powerade and just assumed that they would be off limited after WLS.

I've read that some people have a sex addiction after WLS. I was actually hoping that I cold count sex as part of my work out routine. I should get a partner first though, lol

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if any of you were happy that you didn't have much loose skin after RNY? If you didn't what do you think was the reason that you didn't and what did you do to help yourself out?

Thank the Lord for your daughter! I know that you must feel great in that smaller size. You should let her give you a make over! Girls night...I'm looking forward to your before and after photos. Great job on your progress, I hope to be just as successful as you are.

For those of your that has WLS and 8 months out or less can we see what the scars look like now? Have they gotten better? Are they almost gone? Can you tell if there was anything their at this time?

Girl don't short out the iPad...that thing cost too much money, all is not lost. You will have your surgery sooner than your think, by what your doctor is telling you to do. Go ahead shrink that liver so we can get this show back on the road. It's a small set back but one that was very needed...Better them be safe then sorry.

Ain't this a kick in the head, just my luck this will be a high profile case that will require that I can't go home...lol No, I'm just kidding. I don't want this to interfere with the surgery date, has this happened to anyone before? I was thinking that I should ask my sergeant to write me a letter stating that I'm secluded for surgery, so I don't have to serve at this time. I'm a political science major and would love to do it, that is the killer part of this I'm one of those people that would like to see the actual court room situation play out. I've only been severed one other time and I was dismissed. I think it's because I was to into the whole thing. lol Your thoughts on how I should go about handle this would be appreciated please. That sounds like good advice, I have pre op testing on Oct. 1st, I will ask for that letter at that time. Jury duty is not until the Oct. 11th my surgery date is on Oct. 15th, so I don't have much time.

I'm in the process of cleaning my house and purchasing things that I need for surgery, I don't have time to sit in that court room, unless they have free Wi fi...lol

I'm adding these to my things to get list. How soon after WSL can you start taking them?

I'm sorry that you are disappointed about how everything went. I'm happy that your doctors stopped right away to make sure you didn't loose your life. It's ok, you will get better heal up some and reschedule your date for another time. Everything works for the good...

Oh wow, I also take pro biotics they work very good at replacing the good flora that the anit biotic kills...ask your doc about them.
