Are u brave enough to show your stomach I'm curios to see what it looks like (incisions and skin) after so much weight loss. If not no worries.Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
I can at some point today, but after having kids I became very shy about my body. I'll have to work up the nerve but I'll get one up for you.

Do u drink diet soda?Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
You know, I just started about a week ago but seldom because its been linked to weight gain. I was doing th sf monsters but it would take me all day to drink and I would dehydrate. Though crystal lite raspberry lemonade. Sooo good!! I like to mix it in a bottle and stick it in the freezer until it starts to freeze. Good and refreshing.

What types of things do u eat? Do u work out? How often? Sorry if I'm bugging u' date=' but u are an inspiration
Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk[/quote']
You aren't buggin me. I ate a lot of soy Beans, they are great sautéed in butter with some sea salt. Lots of Water. I still have yet to really work out. I know that's bad, but I work so much that I'm too tired. But because I'm a nanny, I get a pretty good workout at work.

I really began to drop a lot around two and three months. No tips other than EAT!! It's so important to let your body know its not starving. I can't thank you all enough for such kind words. I have five kids for now. Tubes are tied but maybe one more one day. But I'm not sure I'll want to risk the gain. Lol

I understand where you're coming from. It's not easy as a woman having those same craving once a month. And I understand how you feel when it's like you're so hungry and your mind will only be happy when your old stomach is full. Just stick it out and know, it's okay to eat. Little if what you like. Because if you don't, you will just end up overcompensating later on down the line.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with such an uphill battle. My second daughter has sensory integration disorder, and a little bit of an emotional issue. She can be very sweet, but I'd she gets in trouble for something, she gets pissed at the world and her brothers and sisters end up in a fight with her, because she snaps on one of them. She tries really hard to be sweet and kind, but when she feels wronged, she changes. It's hard when they don't know how to deal with all the complex emotions. I don't know what I would have done in your situation. My children deal with old school discipline when it comes to respect. I also have little tolerance for a child who tries to illicit a reaction for attention. In your place, I most likely would have smiled and said " oh you must have worked so hard on this, and ripped it up in front of her face, thrown it out and walked away without letting her see my hurt or anger. Then I would have sent her to bed. I know some people would say that's mean, but if a child hurts someone's feelings for their pleasure, a little of that bitter pill would have been just the medicine. It's so rough when you love your children to do something that might hurt them in any way, but there are times when the only way they'll learn is when they know how it feels. Hang in there, I know it's hard, but things will work out. *hugs*

I think I may give it a try. I tried the five star one and my stomach twisted every time I caught the smell of it.

Lol not a dress, just a tank and a gypsy skirt. I'm a nanny/house keeper. It was 94 that day. And that's an any day skirt.

When we're u able to start meat? I'm 4 weeks post op and it doesn't sit well at all' date=' nothing really doesSent from my iPhone using RNYTalk[/quote']
Oh dear, it was not for almost three and a half months! Ground beef worked best. Fish still does not sit right. chicken was also easy on my pouch. But meat is very dense and it only takes a tiny bit to get full. So try tiny tiny bits.

What do u eat? Lol I need adviceSent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
I really don't pay much attention.. Lol. I try to eat a lot of meat, keep working on pork, because it does not like me. But I still eat carbs when I need a fast fix. I just eat a tiny bit of what I like. Not any sugar. Not one gram.

My body held onto the weight like a tightwad!! As soon as I began to eat, it fell off. I have been dropping a pound a day!! Fit!! That's the best thing to hear!! After five children, I never thought I'd be fit again!!
