My doctor let me eat oatmeal...

@kiwi were the same im one month and 1 week...i eat oatmeal and soup...most of the time...and i like popsicle...and ice..lol

In the morning i will drink my Protein shake..lunch Soup in between popsicle .. Dinnerbi eat hummus...

im actually a month from my surgery...im 173 now but im not losing weight at all this month..my doctor said its normal though...before i do but now i dont have any.more problem...today i tried shrimp...i had 3 shrimp in a soup...of vourse chew chew chew..so far im.ok....

wow were the same...everyday i will cook diffrent dishes..what ever i wanna eat i cook and i let them eat it..lol...so far im doing good with my food..i cook Soup everyday for myself coz i love it...i love sinigang soup...

when i wake up i will walk for 1 hour then at night about 7 pm i will walk for 1 hour again..
