go online and get gotein through amazon.com or either like me i went to quick weight loss center and got their shakes. they are high in protein and low sugar... they taste really good....... -

Right now I am using Kroger brand slim rite. But I am going today to quick weight loss to get their shakes because they are high protein and low sugar. And I know I like those because I used them last year. -
It's really hard. I would love to have a steak right now. But I can't. That just stinks!!!!!!!

Well I made it through my upper GI and now I am waiting to schedule my surgery.
