Good luck. Just had my surgery done. I stuck with the 2 week protein shakes and water. My dr fixed a hernia that I had if he wouldn't have done that I wouldn't be hurting at all. I feel kinda week at times but that is normal. Just try to walk alot too and you will do great. Good luck. -
Walk alot and stay on protein shakes.

Well my surgery went well today!!! I have walked one time today. In the morning they are giving me another upper GI. Yuck. I had gastric bypass and he also repaired my hernia. So i got 2 for 1 today.

Well surgery day is here... Kinda scared but I know I will be fine...I am scheduled for 8 am. Gotta be at the hospital at 6 am

I am having my surgery tomorrow. I am getting the bypass. To me the lap band would not be good.. Just stay calm and be positive walk and excercise. I hope everything works out for you. Just hang in there. Good luck. -
You will be fine just do what the dr's say.. Tomorrow I am having my surgery. Kinda nervous. But I will get through this somehow.

I am going for my pre-op today at the hospital. my surgery is for May 1st....

I am kinda nervous but I know everything will be ok. I have come too far to quit now. just do what your doctor says and it will be easier on you. I have been on the protein diet for 14 days. I have lost 17 lbs. so you can do this. It's just a mind thing.

I am getting the bypass done on Tuesday. I chose it because the Lap band extends and you probably wouldn't lose as much. -

It's been 7 days now just being on protein shakes.... No food... I am having a hard time right now. I want to eat soooo bad. Brought my daughter to the mall. Feeling depressed now because I can eat at all.
