  1. Ok... Thanks for the advice, I might give it a shot! Sweet
  2. Ok... I just turned 15 Weeks post op and my arms are super flabby! I used to use the resistant band for my workouts on my wii, but I just recently started lifting weights. Im currently using 10lb weights and they are kicking my ass! I was also told that lotions with collagen might also help with elasticity. I feel so bummed, because my arms have always been big, all my life. And now they are flabby. on a happier note, I have lost a total of 74lbs which makes me super happy! Sweet

  10. just got home from the County fair, where I witnessed so many people indulging in filling their bodies with unhealthy deep fried foods! deep fried butter, twinkies, oreos, moon pies, artichokes and so much more.... having this surgery has really made me a healthier person, and has educated me on HOW to eat right. best thing I could have ever done. ALthough I have to admit, the smell of smoked bbq tri tip drove me bananas! it smelled so good lol. on the other hand, I was able to buy myself a lemonade and NOT feel guilty. it was a Texas style lemonade, which had slices of fresh lemon, orange, and lime and topped of with a cherry. it was sugarfree and delicious! yay! Sweet

  15. what's the point of letring it melt under the tongue? is it only for people that are recently post op because it is difficult to swallow? or is there a purpose? mine is cherry flavored but I'm so tired of the taste, I just want to swallow it and get it over with.lol is it still absorbed if it's swallowed? does anyone know... Sweet

  21. well everybody is different. I hit a stall at about 8 Weeks post op and lasted about 3 Weeks. then it picked up slowly, and now I'm 14 Weeks out. this week I lost 7 lbs. last week I lost 4 lbs. hopefully it continues. just remember that no two people loose exactly the same. it depends on your starting weight, and whether or not you are following the nutrition plan. Sweet
  22. yes! we ALL have hit a stall at some point. it's quite normal. Sweet
