  1. Yeah I think that if your eating 4-6 oz. At a time, that might be too much, just now. I eat about 2oz at a time and I'm 6 months out. But then again Idk, everyone's different.

  3. Thanks you guys! It took some real guts to post that before picture! ... Oh and about my exercise routine, I bicycle for 60-85mins daily. Walk for 30mins everyother day, and weight lift 10 lb. Dum bells after my daily cycling. I also have the Wii active 2... I do that every once in a while especially if I hit a plateau. It gives me quite the workout. I really recommend that.
  4. Thanks ladies.... As u can see I wasn't very happy with myself before. The facial expression says it all! LOL. I'm a lot happier now )
  5. No. No, hanging skin just yet, but I'm still kinda thick, so I'm a little concerned about when I lose more weight... As for now, I continue to weight lift n exercise to help minimize the lose skin.

  9. Well i am 22 weeks out and i have had dumping a few times. Once with diarrhea, stomach cramping, and just the over all feeling of fatigue. The other times have been vomiting, and that's usually an immediate effect. (For me) with the vomiting, usaully comes light headedness. Everyone is different, and dumps on different things. Goodluck ツ
  10. Wow... That's a lot! I'm still waiting for one of those " good " weeks ツ
  11. What shampoo are you using? I'm almost 6 months out and my hair started falling out at 4 months. Seems to only be getting worse. I take an average of 80-100 gms of protein daily, I also take biotin since immediately after surgery, and a silica complex. I'm so worried the hair loss is not gonna get better
