  1. stay positive! even if it's just one pound loss within two Weeks, it's something.... just don't lose hope and stay positive it should pick up very soon. good luck! and remember you always have us if you need encouragement! Sweet
  2. you shouldn't have problems with it at 7 Weeks,but everybody different. doctors tell us to avoid it, because of the carbs and because it expands in you stomach, which may stretch you pouch. but if your craving it badly, I'm sure you could have whole wheat Sweet

  6. josee I had my surgery Feb 15th... I was scared to try too! but I did just fine. just make sure it's not too dry, and it's chewy and soft. I tried a different brand the second time, and BOY Did I regret it! lol if you decide to try it make sure you chew very well. good luck! Sweet
