Me 2! I've lost 60+ lbs and some people seem to not notice...finally saw my sister since having surgery and she never said one word about me losing 60 lbs. I've posted in other threads how I haven't seen her since surgery and we live about 5 miles away from one another. She never called ' date='asked how was doing after surgery or nothing....then I finally see her in person and still NOTHING! Things that make you go hmmm...lol

Does your sister have weight issues? Maybe she is jealous of you! You look great!!!

I have noticed this too! Some people just don't say anything and people I told because I felt I HAD to don't say anything! RUDE!! And what pisses me off even more is when I find out that the people I told in confidence tell other people!! You can't trust anyone!! Learning to change my ways!!!

I asked in the hospital, do I get weighed today? The Dr. Said no, you will probably disapointed you may have even gained some weight so don't do it! Between the bloat, gas and swelling. So of course I come home and two days later I step on the scale and I lost 1lb should of listened to the dam Dr!! I am not weighing in unroll Dr. Tess me to!

Try muscle milk light cake batter it really good. Hope you ding one you like I also drink the pure protien ones that have 35grams in a can more protien and the taste is good but

No worries I am still smoking too! I am just so aggravated! My husband has been trying to support me and "following" this pre op diet with me and I thought I was doing good loosing 7/8 llbs in 8 days and then he steps on the scale and lost that in 2 days! NOT FAIR! Totally embarrased because I weight more than him! Like 18 lbs more! I can't wait for this surgery!

It's so hard try and do something else like work on a drawing or just take a breathe and try to regulate your breathing. Did u try the patch?

I am still smoking too but I am going to put the patch on 3 days before surgery. Hopefully it works:) good luck!

I Am down 7 lbs in 7 days on this liver shrink diet! I have 6 days left till surgery! I am so excited I can't wait for it! June 4th can't come fast enough for me! How is everyone else doing?

Can you have fruit or veggies? I am aloud a can or box of Soup I have been eating the b8 by campbells they are good. What shakes are you drinking? I use the pure protien 35 grams and nuclear milk light cake batter yummy!

I right there with you! Surgery 6/4! I can't wait but I am getting those what if's going through my head! I am also on the shrink liver liquid diet and have had times where I am starving but it eventually goes away! Good luck to you! Can't wait to be loosing!
