    Oh that's really good! I've also been eating a little faster but never really had that issue post sx. I should measure myself again its been months. sheesh protein wise I can eat 4 oz of something's. and an ounce or so of veggies! I just found out I gained weight! WTF I was 173 now (I've been weighing daily and I need to stop!) I weigh 175. Gawd not what I need right now! I feel yucky this morning! I need to revaluate my foods I guess. Even though I'm not eating any different. Or maybe I need to just relax lol

    That is true about eating different amounts different days. I do feel that I seem I eat a tad more now with out the hurt. I always eat my protein first at each meal. I am a carb freak. lol You sound like your doing great! I used to write down my foods in a journal daily when I stared too. I use mfp and it's gotten so much easier.

    Do you think if you try'd any of them you might like it? It might so change the taste. I know it was a huge difference when I added a packet of splenda to it. (I had not though of that either) lol I think the fage in tomato Soup will be a totally different taste. Just a thought.

    Awesome. I'm on mfp as ersopher I'll look ya up there. I'm at about 1000 caliores 50 carbs (which I tend to go over lately) 88-100 protein and I try to hit 8-10 glasses of water. I strained my groin muscle a few months ago and tryd to let it rest and It's not healing so I'll be starting PT soon. Frack! lol I want to be active again shitted I;ve lost 105 pounds in less than a year I WANNA LIVE Thank you for answering my questions btw

    Our starting stats are similar I'm 5'6 kinda on the shorter side ha. My Hw 278 Pre op 260 cw 173 So now I feel better we've lost about the same and have similar other stats and are eating around the same amount! hhmmmm I sound kinda stockerish lmao so not my intent Are you tracking your foods? Whats your calorie intake and carbs? Are you doing any actives (working out)?

    How much is everyone eating? I have found I want a few bites more at meal times. I can eat about 5 oz now. I weigh all my food so I know 5 oz fills me up. But a month ago it was 4 oz. Anyone else able to eat more?

  17. Carbs! Gawd I hate that word! I have an obsession with trying to stay under 50 and lately have been going over. It's going to drive me nuts Exercise...I did so good the first 2.5 months. I walked 45 mins a day fast paced then...pulled my groin muscle. Ignored it thinking a few weeks and it would be ok. Waited 4 weeks tried to walk and f me it hurt, waited a few more weeks tryd again, tryd a bunch (bout once a week) hurt. So now 2 months have gone by and I finally went to see the dr. X-rays are fine but I now have to go to physical therapy. All motivation is lost now (sigh)

  20. Brought Mr.Sophiepants. Although I had him in a hotel across the street.(No reason for both of us to not get any sleep) He was there to walk with me and so much more. I was so happy I brought him along.
