On surgery day 9/16 I weighed 264 and today 3 weeks later I weigh 257 which means I have only lost a total od 7lbs post op in 3 weeks. I consider 7 for 3 weeks to be slow. I figured that I might be at a stall because I have been at 257 for 2 weeks and I am worried what I am eatting might be too much. May be I am doing something wrong... How do you guys keep the momentum going? Is this normal? Will it ever come off?
It happened to me after 3 weeks, I freaked out it lasted 2 weeks, thought it was me, eating wrong, told to eat more calories drink more waterfall sorts of things. It broke on its own yours will too. I lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks and so will you. Don't worry I know it sucks.

In April 2013 I was 265 pounds 5 11" and considered obese 4-6X men's clothing in addition Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, 4 Cardiac Stents, COPD. He told me I am a candidate with BMI over 35 with co morbidities. First reaction was no way then thought about it. June 2013 made appointment for Sleeve consultation. Approved, 2 weeks later surgery date 9/6/13. Had no support from wife, children, siblings, nobody. Kept researching and was going to go through it. Was I ready for permanent change for life? New eating patterns, exercise, was starting to question myself "I am not hat type of guy" however most of my issues were due to being overweight. This morning I was 219 pounds I have lost 46 pounds. It is not that hard, I don't put many dietary restrictions on my self just Protein and Water and everything else is secondary. Not as restrictive as I thought, I think Turkey Chili is the key eat 8-10 oz with cheddar cheese (low fat) and low fat sour cream. That is my story
