One week from today I'll be sleeved and relieved!

i'm about 7 weeks out, lost 44 pounds but now wondering where to turn. my doc said i could try regular foods just alot smaller portions but i feel like i'm still taking pee-pee steps.. when did everyone start lettuce? i really want tuna and cheese wrapped in a lettuce leaf... sounds delicious to me

Hi, everybody! I am still alive and at goal. My weak wrists have somewhat curtailed my strenuous exercise but I am still in reasonable shape for a guy pushing 66. Missing you guys.

Today was our first year wedding anniversary, Went out to dinner at Out Back and probably indulged a little more then I should have. But I'm ok with it, Tomorrow's a new day!

The best part about being a normal size is not the great vast clothes you can fit into but how you fit into them.

3 Weeks post op and i feel absolutely fantastic! Im down 31 pounds today

So, not that I'm complaining, but I think it's weird that I can fit into size 10 pants and dresses and yet I weigh 193lbs... I don't get it. That seems strange, no?

A week before surgery, Not feeling nervous just feeling numb about the whole thing. Guess I'm just ready.

It finally happened! Today I weigh less than my husband! Woo HOOOO!

Hey y'all!! 10 days post op and I'm feeling fine. Resting, healing and sipping all day long. Just started to chew food again as of yesterday and I will be on this plan for the next 2 weeks.

3 more working days until my revision from sleeve to bypass. Wow... that's so crazy!
