I am starting this thread of things that you maybe should think about bringing to the hospital.. 1. Because its been on my mind and 2. If I don't write this down somewhere I am liable to forget !! 1. Cell phone charger 2. Pillow 3. Blanket 4. Robe 5. Comfortable clothes for ride home 6. Slippers (even though I love hospital socks) 7. Tooth brush , tooth paste 8. Soap 9. Deodorant

Very much !! And a couple of the people there have had itThank You !! BCBS is very good about these things ..Blood Work , GI Test , Gastric Emptying Study , sleep Study, Psych and Nutrition ... I think that is it !! And diet is two weeks before surgery. Weeks up to the two weeks before is high Protein low carb diet Week 1: 2 bariatric shakes a day and one meal Week 2: all bariatric shakes 3 days before: all Clear liquids Nothing before surgery the night before My whole process has been pretty fast.. My first appointment was September 10th and my surgery is December 18thAs far as what ? Like all my testing or as far as diet ? Or both?Thanks !! It's been like a week in a half or right at two weeks...That's awesome !! I am 19 and got my Official Surgery date today ... I know exactly how you feel to be so excited that you want to cryDecember 18th Is My Official Surgery Day !! Found Out Today & I'm Extremely Happy, Excited , and READYDecember 18th is my surgery day !! So excitedWell tomorrow is the day I find out my date !!!I have been hearing about that gas pain, and that walking makes it better.
